Meaning, the State Bar of California has found him to be expert in matters of divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence.

Jeff attended Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He earned his MBA at the University of Redlands School of Business and his JD at the University of La Verne. Additionally, Jeff received formal litigation training at the Family Law Trial Institute in Houston, Texas.
